The chances for earning funds outside

To increase utilization of the invesment and to get founds for operational and maintenance fee in the Center of Integrated Laboratory (CIL) State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta we have go out and get chances for earning founds.

The chances for earning funds outside CIL :
1. The Lab. Facilities can be rented to other user, such as for training. The Labs has done for several times, otherwise it can only be attended on Saturday or Sunday (on free days).

2. The practical work produces a saleable product like application software, but there are several obstacles in handling product’s capacities, marketing, and the products quality that need to be increased in order to compete with the other supplier.

3. Carrying out skill training either for the student or society.

4. Looking for project cooperation with others in IT, such as software development, Networking, Global Information System (GIS), Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), and Multimedia. The obstacle is the lack of established procedure from the top management.(AD/07)
